The Office of Gender-Based Violence Prevention is part of the County Executive Division of Equity and Social Justice. As a policy office, we address issues related to preventing Domestic Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Violence, and Human Trafficking in Santa Clara County.

Join us for our first in-person Annual Domestic Violence Conference in 3 years! This year our theme is Thirty Years of Growth: Lessons Learned and Addressing Root Cause of Domestic Violence.
Awareness Months
We work to spotlight important issues in our community by campaigning to bring awareness to Human Trafficking in January, Teen Dating Violence in February, Sexual Assault in April, and Domestic Violence in October.
